WHO WE
ARE
AISA is one of thirteen Amnesty Student Groups in the Netherlands which connect young people willing to come together and take action for human rights.
As a daughter organization of Amnesty International - the world's largest human rights movement - we work by the same values of justice, fairness, truth, and freedom.
From speaking out against death penalty to fighting for freedom of expression, we strive to change the world on a personal level, one individual at a time.
We fulfil our mission by organizing various events and campaigns. This includes: film screenings, demonstrations, lectures, debates, social get-togethers and more.
We follow the footsteps of Amnesty International by upholding its traditions, such as signing petitions or writing letters demanding the release of prisoners of conscience.
